RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email kirae.in.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include: order number, reason for return, unboxing video, clear photos showing the issue, and payment proof.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours.
  4. If approved, we will share return shipping instructions.

Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged or defective product.
  • Wrong colour or wrong product received.
  • Product significantly different from website listing.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Orders where incorrect address was provided by customer.
  • Products without video proof of unboxing.

Important: 

  • You must record a video while opening your package. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted. This protects both you and us.
  • Do not send items back without prior return approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

  • Defective or wrong product: KIRAE bears the shipping cost.
  • All other approved returns: customer bears the shipping cost.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you received a defective or wrong product, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost once the return is approved.
  • Colour exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred colour is          unavailable, you may choose an alternative colour or opt for a full refund.

REFUND POLICY

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or not.
  • We reserve the right to reject a refund if the returned product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or does not match the reported issue.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approval notification: within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
  • Refund processing: within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • Bank reflection: allow 3-5 additional business days depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. We do not offer refunds via alternative methods (cash, different account, etc.)
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at kirae.in.shop@gmail.com.
  • Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin processing orders immediately after payment.
  • If you face any issues with your order after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy above.
