At KIRAE, we want your magnetic hair clips to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method

  • We currently ship all orders via India Post (Normal Post/ Speed Post).
  • Tracking number is shared via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, postal delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Payment Method

  • We accept only prepaid orders via UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Order Tracking

  • Track your order anytime at: https://www.indiapost.gov.in
  • Enter your tracking number (shared via email/WhatsApp after dispatch) to view real-time status.
  • If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, please contact us at kirae.in.shop@gmail.com and we'll look into it immediately.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order.
  • KIRAE is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • If you realise you've entered the wrong address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged).
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
